How to Apply
Step 1: Online Application
Please prepare scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format to be uploaded during the online application process:
- Identity Card (MyKad) – Please provide a crossed copy marked "For UTP Use Only".

Recent passport-sized photograph (blue background).
- Official Academic Certificate(s) and Transcript(s) for the relevant qualification(s), such as:
- STPM
- A-Level
- International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Diploma
- Foundation
- Matriculation
- Other equivalent qualifications
- Official SPM results.
- English language proficiency results (where applicable), such as SPM English, MUET, IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent.
Applicants are advised to ensure that they meet all programme entry requirements and submit all required supporting documents, including official academic transcripts and graduation certificates, when completing the online application.
Please note that applications will be evaluated based on the completeness of the submitted documents and compliance with the programme's entry requirements. Applications with incomplete documentation or those that do not satisfy the minimum entry requirements may not be considered for admission.
Applicants who are unable to provide the required documents at this time are encouraged to submit a new application for a subsequent intake once all supporting documents are available.
Step 2: Online Application
- Log in to the Online Application Form
- Please remember your email address and your password used for the online application, as they are required for future logins - checking of application status, etc.
- Please note that iCloud email addresses are not accepted. Kindly use an alternative email address.
- Please ensure all information in the Online Application Form is accurate.
- RM50 processing fee will be charged once you submitted the application. (U-pay)
- For the programme selection section, you are required/compulsory to choose three (3) programmes according to your preference.
List of Undergraduate programmes offered is as follows;
For the Academic Qualification section – You are required to complete all related information, i.e. Grade for each subject for STPM, A-Level, Point for IB; Final CGPA for Diploma, Foundation, Matriculation or other equivalent qualification.
Click the "SUBMIT" button to submit your Online Application. You will receive a notification message on your online submission, i.e. Application Reference No. "2600XXXX".
