Laptop Assistance provided to eligible UTP local Muslim student with no laptop or students's who faced issues with their existing laptop (Term and conditions apply)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Local Muslim Student
- Fulltime UTP Student and Active for Current Semester
- No Displinary Records (Syariah, Criminal or UTP)
- GPA and CGPA of 2.50 and above
- Foundation & Undergraduate B40 students that is currentlt on his/her first and second year only and do not receive any provision for Laptop Assistance from their respective sponsors
- Household Income as per Zakat Schemes Requirements:
- Per Capita Income < RM1,465
- Per Capita Income = Household Income / No of Dependents (includes both parents, siblings who are still studying and unemployed, or other dependents who lives in the same house that receives no income or ability to earn (e.g.,grandparents and relatives).
- Prioritization is given to TAZU Recipients from Full Foundation,TAZU Academic Grant Special, Ghorimin Scheme or other sponsor recipients.
- Mus complete his/her study at UTP
- The laptop must be returned to TAZU, should the recipients fail to provide the correct information during the application, dismissed from the university due to disciplinary reasons or leave the university for any reasons.
COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED:
- Copy of Applicant's Identification Card
- Copy of Applicant's Student Card
- Copy of Sponsorhip Offer Letter (for students other than TAZU Full Foundation , TAZU Academic Grant, Ghorimin Scheme or other sponsor recipients )
- Copy Applicant's Academic Qualification (to show your last GPA & CGPA prior to your January 2024 semester enrolment) (ONLY FOR NEW STUDENTS)
- Salary Slip OR
- Pensioner Statement for parents retired from government sector (DownloadHere)
- EA form or Statutory Income Declaration Letter endorsed by either Village Head / Commissioner of Oath / Grade A Officer at your respective residence for parents retired from private sector or self-employed or unemployed housewife parents (https://bit.ly/TAZU-DeclarationForm)
