- EA form for parents retired from private sector OR
- Statutory Income Declaration Letter endorsed by either Village Head / Commissioner of Oath / Grade A Officer at your respective residence for self-employed or unemployed/housewife parents (DownloadDeclarationForm)
For your application to be successful, both your parents income statement must be dated 3 months earlier than the application date
