Haslina Noor Hasni General Counsel (Legal, Governance, Assurance & Risk)
Haslina joined Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS on 1 June 2000, beginning her career at the Centre for Graduate Studies (then known as the Office of Postgraduate Studies). She was mobilised to the Legal Office on 1 June 2006 and currently serves as the General Counsel at the Legal, Governance, Assurance and Risk Division, effective 1 May 2025. With a background in both law and accounting, she brings over two decades of experience across academic, legal, and corporate functions. Prior to joining the organisation, she had a two-year stint as a Business Analyst in the Finance Division of PETRONAS. She graduated in 1997 with a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) under a PETRONAS scholarship.
