Please be informed that application guideline for our short-term summer program for 2020 is now available on our website!

This program will be conducted for the fourth time and there is no program fee required for students coming from our partner universities.

Below is the program outline for 2020

18 March to 31 March 2020

Application Procedure

Applicants need to be recommended by their home university and submit application materials on the website through the home university to School of Science and Technology Office, Meiji University.

There is no limitation on the recommended number of students from each partner university, however, a selection will be conducted if the total number of applicants for the program exceeds the maximum of 20.

Program schedule (subject to change)

23 June: Orientation, Introduction of Japanese culture, society

24 June: Introduction of Science and Technology in Japan 1 and lectures/ site visit on Physics

25 June: Lectures/ site visit on Applied Chemistry

26 June: Lectures/ site visit on Mechanical Engineering 1

27 June: Lectures/ site visit on Mechanical Engineering 2

29 June: Lectures/ site visit on Architecture

30 June: Lectures/ site visit on Mathematics

1 July: Introduction of Science and Technology in Japan 2 and lectures by students graduated the master's program

2 July: Final presentation and discussion
