  • over the Registration and Examination Department (REX) Counter which is located at Ground Floor, Block F

Purpose: If you wish to apply for scholarships or visa renewal.

Application for Acknowledgement Letter

Purpose: A verification letter to acknowledge you as UTP student. (i.e. Account Bank Opening, Internship Application, Train Discount Card)

Effective September 2019 onwards, Admission & Records Department (ARC) will impose the administrative fee for Acknowledgement Letter (Hard Copy) - RM 5.00/ copy
