The Chemical Engineering Department, UTP was pleased to participate in the MRCSB HR Open Day held on 30 September 2025 at Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd (MRCSB), Sungai Udang, Melaka. During the event, the Department engaged with MRCSB staff and trainees while promoting our Master by Coursework offerings, which are MSc in Process Integration and MSc in Process Safety both in convensional and Open Distance Learning (ODL) modes.
A key highlight was the ODL mode, which attracted strong interest from working professionals seeking flexible postgraduate pathways that allow continued employment while pursuing advanced studies. The engagement also provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with UTP alumni currently serving within the organisation.
