Sharifah Fahimah is the Certified KM Manager (2018) and also the KM practitioner since year 2000 , who spend all her significant portion of her time leading knowledge management (KM) initiatives, sharing knowledge, and supporting others in organizing knowledge for the university. Her responsibility are to  raise awareness, align knowledge actions with business process and priorities, promote a knowledge sharing culture, engage senior leadership, academician and researcher, manage the infrastructure, and support all knowledge workers in the organization. Her most significant roles and achievement in early stages of KM implementation in UTP are in records management, standards and governance, that shifted overall practice and atmosphere of records management practices.

She is are part of connector, part maven, the hubs of the human social network and are responsible for the small world phenomenon, connecting people to knowledge. She connecting the past with future, through the “Unlocking Knowledge” project, capturing tacit for the benefit of the university.

Ahmad Suhairi Lazim, is the experienced records and knowledge management professional, he has dedicated his career to enhancing the integrity, accessibility, and sustainability of institutional information systems within the university environment. With his 20 years strong background in records and archive operations, he plays a key role in preserving academic heritage and supporting informed decision-making. Beyond the university, he is deeply committed to community engagement, particularly through Nature School programs that inspire young generations to connect with and care for the environment.​

He plays a pivotal role in preserving and optimizing institutional memory within the university. Known for his excellent communication skills and trusted relationships across departments, he is a respected member of the university’s Knowledge Management Community of Practice (KM CoP), where he fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing. Beyond his administrative expertise, he is passionate about community engagement, particularly through nature school programs that empower young people to connect with and care for the environment. His work reflects a deep commitment to both organizational excellence and societal impact. His work bridges structured knowledge systems with grassroots educational outreach, fostering a culture of learning both inside and outside the classroom.​

Fadzly Aziz, a dedicated staff who supporting the information specialist with a strong foundation in 3D imaging technology, library services, and digital resource development, Fadzly had over fourteen years of experience, bridging the gap between traditional library science and modern digital innovation. Passionate about enhancing user access to knowledge, he has led initiatives in digitization, 3D content integration, and the strategic development of library collections to support research, education, and community engagement. A passionate innovator in library science, he brings together expertise in 3D imaging, library services, and digital resource development to create immersive and educational experiences. As a key contributor to the Living Library initiative, he has curated interactive exhibitions on rocks and minerals, solar energy, and university success stories ​transforming traditional library spaces into dynamic learning environments. His work bridges technology and education, fostering curiosity and community engagement through accessible, hands-on knowledge platforms.
