How to Apply - Postgraduate Programmes
1Before You Apply
Please ensure you have
scanned copies of the following documents ready (in PDF format) to upload during the application process:

Copy of Passport (main page).

Passport-size Photo – white background, JPEG/GIF format, front-facing.
- Size:
45mm (height) × 35mm (width).

Complete & Final Academic Transcript and Degree Scroll
- For Master's applicants: Provide Bachelor's degree transcript and scroll only.
- For PhD applicants: Provide both Bachelor's and Master's degree transcripts and scrolls.
- If the transcript & scroll is in another language, an official English translation is required.
Important Notes: Partial or incomplete documents, including completion letters, will not be accepted.

Research Proposal (for Research Mode applicants only).

English Language Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL/IELTS).

Proof of Payment of Processing Fee (non-refundable):

USD 50.00 / RM 200 (International applicants)
Accepted payment methods: Internet Banking / Cash Deposit / EFT / Wise / Flywire / Telegraphic Transfer.

Sponsorship Letter (if applicable) or
Financial Guarantee:
- Sponsorship Award Letter, OR
- Latest Bank Statement showing minimum RM 10,000 for three (3) consecutive months.
- Any other relevant supporting documents for your application.

Please observe the following notes:
- Login to the
Online Application Form.
- Please remember your email address and password used for the online application. These will be required for future logins, including checking your application status.
- Verify that all information provided in the Online Application Form is accurate before submission.
- Once you have completed all details and uploaded the required documents, go to the "Programme" tab and select the programme you wish to apply for.
- Click the "Apply" button to submit your Online Application. Your application is not complete until you have clicked the "Apply" button. You will receive a confirmation notification message pertaining to the online submission.
