Prepare scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format for the online application process:

  1. Identity Card/MyKad (Crossed IC for UTP use only)
  2. Official SPM Result or equivalent qualifications (e.g., O-Level, IGCSE)
  3. Proof of processing fee payment – RM50.00 (Non-refundable)
