H.E Mr. Md Shameem Ahsan, High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Malaysia was received by the Vice Chancellor, YBhg Professor Dato' Ir Ts. Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib on 8 November 2024 at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).
The objectives of the courtesy visit are to explore potential strategic collaborations and also to have a closer look at the campus and its facilities.
Courtesy Visit by H.E Mr. Md Shameem Ahsan was accompanied by Ms. Farhana Ahmed Chowdhury, Counsellor (Political) and Mr. Pranab Kumar Ghosh, First Secretary (Commercial).
Also present to receive the delegation were Prof Ir Ts. Dr Nor Hisham Hamid, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Puan Shamsina Shaharun, Senior Director of Corporate Communications Division.
