2013 Pencak Silat Festival and Taming Sari V Championship for Higher Institution (3 to 7 April 2013)
UTP Pencak Silat Team won 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze in the 2013 Pencak Silat Festival and Taming Sari V Championship for Higher Institution at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), from 3 to 7 April 2013.
Organised by UKM Pencak Silat Club, the event saw the participation from eight institutions, namely UTP, UKM, Universiti Malaya, Politeknik Ungku Omar, International Islamic University Malaysia,
Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia, Insaniah University College (KUIN) and Albukhary International University (AIU).
UTP team was represented by 14 male and female athletes, competing in the Martial Arts and Athletics category. The medal winners were :
