ITEX 2007
18th-20th MAY 2007
The 18th International Invention, and New Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2007) were held at
Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC) from 18th to 20th May 2007. This annual event is organized
by Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS). ITEX 07 showcased more than 400 inventions by
universities, research institutions, corporate and individuals both local and international participants.
Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS has sent a total of 11 projects to participate in this year's exhibition. UTP managed to bag 9 medals with 3 silvers and 6 bronze. Exhibitions such as ITEX is important in order to inspire other staffs and students to be more involved in research and development projects and also to potray to the public about the research and innovative culture and environment that UTP has to offer.It is hoped that UTP will achieve greater success in the coming years by sending more essential research projects and creative inventions to participate in this exhibition.view result details here
