EXHIBITIONS
Since our establishment until now, UTP has participated in various local and also international exhibitions. International Exhibition of Inventions, New Techniques and Products of Geneva, IPTA R&D Expo, and International Invention, Innovation, Industrial Design and Technology Exhibition (ITEX) are some of the events that we have participated in. Our researchers have won various medals and awards for their projects.
International Invention, Innovation, Industrial Design and Technology Exhibition (ITEX)
ITEX is an annual events that attracts exhibitors from local and foreign countries to present their inventions and innovations. Organized by Malaysia Invention & Design Society (MINDS), ITEX is a platform for inventors and innovators to meet entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and manufacturers to exchange creative concepts and discuss business prospects.
PECIPTA (formerly known as IPTA R&D Expo)
The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) This event is held biennially to provide the opportunity to exhibit innovative and commercial research outputs from public and private universities as well as goverment linked institutions.
International Exhibition of Inventions, New Techniques and Products of Geneva
The International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva is the biggest event in the world to be exclusively devoted to inventions. All the novelties at this exhibition can only be shown here once. Industrial and commercial companies, inventors and researchers, associations, private and public institutes present their inventions, the results of their research and their new products.
