Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) once again played host to foreign dignitaries when it received a 11-member delegation from Thailand led by their The Minister of Education, Prof Wichit Srisa-An, on Thursday, 30 August 2007. 

The entourage was greeted on arrival by En Hasbullah Haji Ihsan, UTP’s Director of Finance and Fund Management and the management team.

A briefing on the University’s progress and development was made and the guests visited various facilities in the campus including the Information Research Center (IRC), Chancellor Hall and labs. The delegation also had the opportunity to meet the Thailand students who are currently studying in UTP.
