STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION FOR 3RD CAREER SUMMIT FOR FUTURE MALAYSIAN LEADERS (CASFUMAL 2010)

It is undeniable fact that, in today’s competitive job market conditions, employers do tend to be very selective with their prospective employees. The potential employees must understand the industry’s business requirement, be well disciplined, knowledgeable, highly motivated and has excellent communication skills. Therefore, part of our initiative to maximize students’ capabilities through organizing events, every department in the event has been entrusted with certain KPI to meet.

One of the largest events organized by our students, attended by more than 300 student leaders from leading universities, together with industry captains from reputable companies as speakers. This year, despite challenges from economic slowdown, CASFUMAL has entered into its 3rd chapter. With their own expenses, 39 committee members gathered at MRSM Langkawi on 8-10 January 2010 to strategise this year’s event as well as delivering “leadership modules” to the MRSM students. In addition, Tn. Hj. Mohamed Noor Rosli Baharom, Patron of CASFUMAL, also delivered his talk on “leadership” to the committee members.
