Application for MSc / PhD by research is open throughout the year. To enroll into the next Intake session (January, May and September), application form must reach us at least 90 days before the registration date. Allocation of placement in the next intake will be subjected to availability of placement.

STEP 1 – Before you apply
Please prepare the scan copy of the following documents into PDF format and to be emailed;

STEP 2 – Online Application
Please follow the sequence below :

Login to the Online Application Form

Complete all sections (A – I). |
| 3. |
Please ensure all information in the Online Application Form is true and correct. |
| 4. |
Click the “SUBMIT” button to submit your Online Application. You will notice a notification message informing that your submission is successful. Record the Online Application Serial number for future reference/s. |

Please attach all the required documents in STEP 1 and email them to admissionutp@petronas.com.my within 7 working days of application submission. Please quote the Application reference number as a SUBJECT when submitting the scanned documents. (Refer to screenshot below) |
