ALL EXPECTED GRADUATES SEPT 2011, JAN 2012 & MAY 2012 SEMESTER

The graduation audit process is to be conducted by respective programmes to ensure the fulfilment of the graduation requirement and ensure the ELIGIBILITY to be included in 2012 Convocation.

Steps

  • Collect your Graduation Checklist [previous courses taken with Grades] starting 3 April – 4 April 2012 @ MPH (8.30am – 5.00pm)
  • Fill in details on information required and attach a copy of graduation checklist and relevant letters on change of programme/ exemption/ transfer credit (if any)
  • Completed form is to be submitted direct to Registration & Examination Unit. Dateline for the submission are as follows:

 

> BATCH 1-Final Sem SEP 2011

: 8 December 2011 (@MPH during collection of the Exam Slip)

> BATCH 2-Final Sem JAN 2012

: 4 April 2012(@MPH during collection of the Exam Slip)

> BATCH 3-Final Sem MAY 2012

: 4 April 2012

REGISTRY is making an effort to reach all FINAL YEAR STANDING students who are due to graduate to ensure the eligibility & fulfillment of requirement before yearly convocation.

CHECKLIST FOR 2012 CONVOCATION

Applicable to students who are due to graduate by  end of September 2011, January 2012 & May 2012

 

Kindly note that all completed forms are to be submitted to the respective department/unit as identified below.
