In the meantime we're preparing the Final Schedule of ICSBI2010 (including the parallel sessions). We will upload it in early May 2010. FYKI, the Late Registration for ICSBI2010 is 15th May 2010.Selected papers from the conference will be published in the September 2010 and March 2011 issues of the Journal of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). We are also finalising terms with other journals for publication of selected papers from ICSBI2010. To be hosted in the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, ICSBI2010 is an international conference with the aim to gather professionals from the domains of building and infrastructure; oil and gas; built environment; energy policy and legislature; business and investment to share knowledge and input on green technologies and current practices in the industry. With current concerns in carbon emissions during material preparation and building operations, the good practice of sustainable building and infrastructure is called upon to increase the efficiency of resources such as energy, water and materials. With the theme of ‘Towards Sustainable Futures’, this conference will be a platform to discuss topics relating to:
