Paper Submission

FULL PAPER FORMAT

Use the following step-by-step instruction to guide you through the paper submission process.

1. Register as EDAS member

To submit paper(s), you are required to have an EDAS (Editor's Assistant Service) account. You can get one free of charge here.

2. Register the Full Paper

Click the Submit Paper tab and you'll be given a list of conferences. Find ICPEAM2010 on the list then select the Submit icon right next to it.

Fill in the Title and Abstract fields, then select a suitable Review Topic Group. Submit this information and you will receive an email notification on your paper number and how to upload the extended abstract.

3. Upload the Full Paper

Follow the instructions sent via email to upload your full paper in PDF format via a web or ftp link. You should receive an email notification upon successful completion of your upload

4. Final Paper Requirement

The Full Paper should be four (4) to six (6) pages long. This should include the title, authors’ names, affiliations and e-mail addresses. The abstract should consist of a brief introduction, rationale, approach/methodology, results/expected findings of the work undertaken and a list of key references. The Full Paper must be submitted electronically in PDF format.

CHECKLIST:

Format	Each paper must be prepared in A4 size according to IEEE format. Download as PDF, MS-Word DOC, or LaTex
Accepted file format	PDF
Number of pages	Four (4) to Six (6)
Corrections	Please take note on comments from reviewers and make necessary corrections, if any.
Paper title and abstract	Paper title and abstract portion must also be consistent with EDAS entries. These will be used later for paper listing in program books. Please update the title and abstract in EDAS to reflect any changes made to the full paper.
Submission	The Full paper must be submitted through EDAS Login to your EDAS account, then navigate to Submit manuscript / Copyright >> Final manuscript.
IEEE Copyright	Each paper must be submitted together with an IEEE electronic copyright form through EDAS. To do this, in your EDAS account page, navigate to Submit manuscript / Copyright >> Copyright form..
Presenter	Update information or select the paper presenter. To do this, in your EDAS account page, navigate to Submit manuscript / Copyright >> Presenter >> Change/Add..
