~INTEGRATING VALUES WITH SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY~

ICMeSH2012 aims at bridging the discourse between the Humanities and Science, Engineering and Technology. Besides scholars in both the domains, the Conference hopes to attract practitioners and researchers in science, technology, engineering, public policy, government and private agencies, non-governmental organizations, architecture, urban planning, the professions, and the arts.  The Conference also aims at engaging PhD students and post-doctoral from the relevant fields. The engagements on wide-ranging conversations on these broad areas are expected to nurture cutting-edge thoughts and collaborations.

The Conference hopes to establish a network of like-minded scholars, researchers and practitioners to communicate and collaborate in advancing their chosen fields of interest.

We invite original papers describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems, or focusing empirically on potential or realistic areas.

Conference Proceedings

The ICMeSH2012 Conference Proceedings will be double blind peer reviewed by three reviewers and sent to be reviewed by Scopus. All accepted papers will be published in the ICMeSH2012 Conference Proceedings which will be distributed to all participants of the conference in Electronic CD-ROM format.

Special Journal Issue

All submitted papers will have the opportunity for consideration to be published in a Special Journal Issue of Pertanika Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, indexed by SCOPUS, EBSCO, Google Scholar and DOAJ. The selection of the papers will be carried out during the ICMeSH2012 review process. The authors of these selected papers will be notified and will need to submit their final paper to be reviewed for the journal publication. The submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other publication. The final decision of the selected papers will be made based on review reports by the Technical Committee of ICMeSH2012, guest editors and Executive Editor of Pertanika.
