Conference Registration

After full paper submission, the next step is to reserve your seat in the conference. This page should provide you with the guide through the process.

Refer to the important dates section for deadlines for registration. There is also a special price for early registrations.

Guidelines

Registration for conference

Registration should be done through EDAS.

• Login to your EDAS account and select your paper's title.

• Click on the author's name and a profile page will appear.

• Click on Registration (ticket icon) and choose the applied fee.

Each paper must be registered to at least one (1) of the authors.

Multiple papers

Multiple papers can be registered under a single author provided that:

• The author(s)'s name has been included as a co-author on the initial manuscript.

• The author(s) is registered as the co-author of the paper(s) on EDAS

These multiple papers can be registered under a single fee. However, only ONE (1) conference kit will be issued to the author registered.

Presenter/author profiles

Please provide or update your bio and other details (eg. dietary constraint, etc.) in My Profile section of your EDAS account

Formal acceptance letter

Should acceptance letter be needed (e.g. for sponsorship purposes), please send your request together with mailing address and/or fax number to the Secretariat
