The Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), in collaboration with Circuits & Systems (CAS) Chapter of IEEE Malaysia Section, is proud to organize ICIAS2007. This conference aims at bringing together experts and researchers on advanced and intelligent systems to discuss their research work and development acivities.
Please be informed that Tutorial 3 (OFDM Systems: Inside Out) and Tutorial 4 (Security Issues in Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) - Budding Research Scope) have been cancelled. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
All presenters are encouraged to adhere to the following paper and poster presentation preparation guidelines. Some frequently asked questions (and answers) that can be found on the guidelines :
» What is the dimension of poster for poster presentation?
A1 portrait format (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm)
» How long is the time granted for each oral presentation?
18 minutes. That's 15 minutes presentation plus 3 minutes discussion.
» What presentation tools available for oral presentation?
The committe provides laptop and projector. Other required equipment should be prepared
by presenters prior starting.

On Day 1, ICIAS2007 will feature 4 tutorial sessions with an aim to provide a hands-on and interactive environment for participants on topics within the interest area of advanced and intelligent systems. These tutorials will be conducted in parallel sessions and are open to any interested individuals from academia and industry (including paper presenters). There are only 30 places provided for each tutorial session, available on a first come first serve basis. Participants are strongly encouraged to register in advance for the tutorials.
The Technical Committee of ICIAS2007 has sent out notifications of acceptance to eligible authors. Congratulations!. The list of accepted papers is available here.
