“Knowledge sharing in mathematics and sciences for technology advancement”

The International Conference on Fundamental & Applied Sciences 2010 (ICFAS2010) is an inaugural conference organised by the Fundamental and Applied Sciences Department (FASD), of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). FASD is a newly established department at UTP comprising academic staff in the areas of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. This conference aims to bring together academics, researchers and industrialists for knowledge sharing about technology in areas relating to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

ICFAS2010 will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 15th to 17th June 2010. The theme of the conference is “Knowledge sharing in mathematics and sciences for technology advancement” which encapsulates the need to bring together experts from various disciplines to contribute towards advancement in technology.
