Please be informed that one set of the official graduation
document will be issued free to graduates
after the convocation ceremony as per the
details below :
Date: Monday, 25th August
2008
Time: Morning [9.00 am - 12 noon] & Evening
[ 2.30 pm - 4.00 pm ]
Venue: Multipurpose Hall (Block G)
Alternatively, you may
choose one of the following options:
i) to give authorization
letter for the collection of the graduation
document on your behalf
ii) request for the document to be couriered to your address with some nominal charges for processing & handling
Collection on other dates can be done at the Examination
& Records unit service counter, Administration
Building (Block F) on Mon – Fri [ 8.30
am – 4.30 pm].
All requests for release of the graduation document shall
be made using the form provided along collection of convocation robe, subject to
the following :
i) return of the convocation robe
ii) clearance from any dues
Any application for subsequent copies of the document
are chargeable and to be made available for
collection or delivered within 1 month from
the date of receive application.
