Application for students with Other Qualification (STPM, Matriculation, Diploma, A Level, etc.) for July 2009 Intake will be opened after the announcement of the Matriculation results. Kindly frequently visit our website for latest information.

• All applicants MUST download the application form. (Please ensure you have Acrobat Reader version 8.0 and above installed in your computer. Otherwise please download Acrobat Reader 8.0)

• Complete the application form and rename the file as your Passport no with your nationality. Please complete the application form using Acrobat Reader 8.0 and do not scan the form.

  e.g B123456-Indonesian (non-Malaysian).

• You will need to include certified documents to support your application i.e academic transcripts. Where appropriate please provide official certified English translations. Copies of academic transcripts, statements, results etc that have been verified by appropriate personnel (original issuer, school principal, judge etc) as genuine reproductions.

• Submit the application form as an email attachment to the following email address: admissionutp@petronas.com.my
