GLOBAL VILLAGE ON THE MOVE 2010

The Global Village on the Move 2010 programme (GVOTM 2010) is the mobile version of Lehigh University’s highly acclaimed Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry® programme, which integrates elements of leadership and entrepreneurial skills, business and industry knowledge, and the tools to build a powerful global network.  The GVOTM 2010, aims to provide professional level educational experience to participants, but with a great deal of customisation to provide participants with a flavour of the local business culture and landscape.

Now in its fifth series, for the first time in Malaysia and in collaboration with PETRONAS, GVOTM 2010 will enable      participants to gain valuable insights and learning experiences from the sharing by prominent Malaysian leaders, global entrepreneurs and successful business persons.

The GVOTM 2010, which is known for its culturally themed learning experience, will bring participants to visit successful local business organisations and industries; and to appreciate the historical sites in Melaka as well as experience Malaysia’s diverse tradition, culture and heritage.

The GVOTM 2010 is jointly organised by PETRONAS, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) and Lehigh University’s Iacocca Institute (USA), and targets young, globally-minded business leaders from Malaysia and abroad.
